Remember that you have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the time the item is received, and that you have to be responsible for returning the item to us in intact packaging. The items must be returned unused and in original packaging and in the same condition as when received. Once we have received the items and approved the return, you will have the money in your account within 10 days.

You must pay the costs associated with returning the items.

The right to complain means that you, as a customer, can complain about errors and defects in the product that have arisen within 24 months of purchase. The right of complaint does not cover errors, damage or wear and tear that have occurred due to incorrect use, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear.

When you return the item, please state as specifically as possible what the problem is.

If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your reasonable shipping costs for sending the item back to us. Otherwise, you must bear the costs of sending the item back.

Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and that no address label or packing tape must be affixed to the item itself or its original packaging. Remember to get a receipt for sending. You are responsible for the package/products yourself until we have received them. Please, save the postal receipt incl. information about shipping costs and any track and trace number.

 

Note! We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery or similar.
