How do I place an order at Maseliving
You place an order here at Maseliving.dk by placing them in the shopping basket. Then press the shopping basket and checkout. Here you have to fill in the fields with name, address, delivery method and
When we have received your order, we will send you an e-mail with a receipt.
Remember that you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time the item is received, and that you have to be responsible for returning the item to us in intact packaging. You are responsible for the costs of sending the products back.
Have you received my order?
If you have received an e-mail with an order number, we have received your order. If you have not received an e-mail, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time is 1-4 working days if the item is in stock. If the item is not in stock, the delivery time is indicated under the product.
Do you offer free shipping?
For purchases over 300 DKK, free shipping is offered in Denmark.
Can I track my order?
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from GLS with Track and Trace so you can follow your package. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before the package can be tracked.
Can I change my order after I have placed an order?
If your items have not been shipped, you can change or add items to your order. Please call +45 61677837 or send an email to email@example.com as soon as possible.
How can I get more information about an item?

How do I return an item?
Maseliving offer a 14-day full right of return from the day you receive your items. The items must be returned unused and in original packaging and in the same condition as when received. Once we have received the items and approved the return, you will have the money in your account within 10 days.
You must pay for the costs associated with returning the item yourself.

How do I advertise a product?
All items are covered by the Sales Act's rules on a 24-month right of complaint. The right to complain means that you, as a customer, can complain about errors and defects in the product that have arisen within 24 months of purchase. The right of complaint does not cover errors, damage or wear that have occurred due to incorrect use, lack of maintenance or normal wear.

What is GOTS?
GOTS stands for "The Global Organic Textile Standard", which is an international, recognized standard for organic fibres, and the highest certification within the textile industry. This is your guarantee that the textile is produced in an environmentally correct and socially responsible way.
To get the certification, the GOTS organization sets strict requirements for a wide range of processes throughout the value and supply chain. This applies right from sowing and growing the cotton, to picking, transport, processing and warehouse storage. In addition to requirements for the textiles, there are also requirements for the workers' rights. These include minimum wages, working environment, working hours, minimum age and breaks.
All textiles from Maseliving are produced in a GOTS-certified factory.
